Booking Policies
I will provide you with quality service and care while in a safe and clean space. For mobile services you are responsible for providing a clean safe space as well. If safety becomes an issue at any point the appointment will be cancelled and the full service price will be charged.
This is a home salon. Entryway does require 6 steps, please let me know if accommodations are needed or if mobile services would be better suited. A trained dog is secured on site. Please let me know of drastic fears or allergies. Please inform me of any relevant allergies. Product ingredients may vary and it is your personal responsibility to inquire or protect yourself against sensitivities of the matter.
Booking fee and deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduled to another available time, except for weekend slots and establishment hold as a entire day or two has been set aside. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of start time will surrender deposit. I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments as needed.
Late arrivals beyond 20 minutes can result in cancellation, additional fees, or incomplete servicing.
Service Time & Pricing
Retightening that requires more than the allotted time will be charged an additional $25 hourly rate. If clients books the wrong service type proper service pricing will be applied.
Payments
Payments are to be made at the time of service using cash, Cash app, Zelle, or debit/credit card. For internet based payments please have a secondary form of payment available in case of provider outages. Card payments may incur up to 4% processing fee.
House Rules
Please arrive on time and if additional guest are necessary please give advance notice. This is a privilege to be used sparingly, with the exception of minors or persons with disabilities. Please arrive with hair washed, otherwise provide advanced notice by booking a wash. If you choose please use little to no oil. Unclean hair will result in an additional $15 fee plus the wash fee for aggravating my allergies and delay of service.
